Cavite Christian School is an academic Christian School administered by men and women possessing the highest degree of competence, honesty and integrity; providing excellent, relevant and responsive education for the wholesome development of individuals, that prepares them for the challenges of life.

MISSION STATEMENT

Cavite Christian School commits itself to provide not only quality education that will equip individuals with knowledge and skills but is also concerned with their holistic development, preparing them to become useful members of the society and God-fearing individuals.

1. LOVE OF GOD – striving for the highest spiritual growth regardless of religious affiliations.

  1. The student is expected to practice the evidence of this value, which includes:
    1. Engaging oneself in worthwhile religious activities
    2. Showing a caring attitude towards God’s creation
    3. Showing respect to places of worship
    4. Respecting religious beliefs of others
    5. Putting into practice one’s own church’s teachings

2. PATRIOTISM / LOVE OF COUNTRY – accepting and promoting the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of being a Filipino citizen.

  1. The student is expected to practice the evidence of this value, which includes:
    1. Respecting the flag and the national anthem
    2. Participating in national celebrations
    3. Using products made in the Philippines
    4. Reading about Philippine history, arts and literature
    5. Performing the duties of a Filipino citizen

3. HONESTY – being consistently trustworthy and full of integrity.

  1. The student is expected to practice the evidence of this value, which includes:
    1. Returning borrowed things promptly.
    2. Giving notice about / return things found to rightful owner
    3. Claiming only the things belonging to him/her
    4. Does not cheat
    5. Always tells the truth about others/ what happened

4. RESPECT / CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS – having regard for oneself and others, lawful and just authority and diversity within the society, and accepting the right of others to hold different or opposing views.

  1. The student is expected to practice the evidence of this value, which includes:
    1. Respecting the right of others
    2. Waiting for one’s turn in speaking, falling in line, playing, working, etc.
    3. Taking good care of borrowed things
    4. Offering seat to elders and disabled persons
    5. Avoiding laughing at the mistakes, misfortunes or disability of others.
    6. Using courteous expressions in conversations
    7. Behaving well in public places.

5. OBEDIENCE – abiding by the school/ class rules and policies for one’s safety and avoidance of conflict with people in authority.

    1. Obeying parents and elders
    2. Obeying rules and regulations of the school and the community
    3. Abiding by the rules of the majority
    4. Obeying people in authority
    5. Obeying the laws of the country

6. SELF-RELIANCE – working independently and showing initiative in doing the given tasks.

    1. Having or showing initiative and resourcefulness in doing assigned tasks
    2. Working independently
    3. Doing one’s work to the best of his/ her abilityAbiding by the rules of the majority

7. SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY – being accountable for one’s own and community’s actions towards oneself, others, and the environment.

8. HELPFULNESS AND COOPERATION – working together to achieve common goals, providing support to others, and engaging in peaceful resolution of conflict.

    2. Keeping working area in order during and after work
    3. Keeping personal things neat and in order
    4. Doing one’s work neatly and orderly
    5. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the surroundings.

10. RESOURCEFULNESS AND CREATIVITY – coming up with an original idea, as well as being imaginative and having a spirit of ingenuity.

    1. Having diverse interests and abilities
    2. Giving varies ideas and solutions to questions
    3. Using different ways and means in solving problems
    4. Changing, improving and modifying situations and objects
    5. Recycling materials
